We Need To Become Our Own Leaders, And Bring In People Who Understand This

We need to get Graham Hancock on Steemit. Here’s a high profile “celebrity” with a lot of followers who seems to be the kind of person who would immediately get what Steemit is about - being our own leaders, making our own decisions, building our own future. Check out what he had to say in a recent interview on London Real:

Do we really need leadership? If we need leaders, then that suggests we are infants, we’re not capable of making mature and informed decisions ourselves…. the role of leadership in society gets reduced, that we don’t have these high profile campaigns and these celebrity leaders going around…. We need administrators, we need technocrats who can do certain things for us, but they’re working for us, we’re not working for them, you see.

So, his thinking seems to be on the same wavelength as many Steemians’. But that’s not the only reason I think he’d be into Steemit. There is also the fact that two of his TED talks were censored. Additionally, his whole thesis is that history itself has been censored for a long time by academic inertia and ego. So I think he would appreciate an uncensorable blockchain based platform like Steemit.

Of course, there’s also the fact that he could get funding for his research directly from Steemit posts.

So, let’s get him informed about what Steemit is and what it can do for him. Send your thoughtful, well written emails to graham@grahamhancock.com
